a couple of weeks ago a friend and i visited kangaroo valley. we went horse riding, ate, drank wine and visited antique shops. one was mainly full of old books and i bought myself a copy of The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck... yet to start it. so love old books though. and old doors.

Beattie Lanser has opened a shop near my house. she makes the best clothes and is the loveliest girl!

i've only managed to visit a couple of times but last time I went I scored the best pair of shorts. 

this is them with this little jumper thing from Lion in Love in melbs. i think the two make a nice couple.
